    Private Event Minimums

    Large Party - The Pitman Room Booking

    Our Pitman Room seats up to 24 guests. The room requires a buy-out fee of $75.00 and a minimum of 15 guests or a minimum spend of $600, not including the buy-out fee.

    Medium Party - The Grove Room Booking 

    Our Grove Room seats up to 8 guests. The room requires a buy-out fee of $50.00, or a minimum spend of $240.00, not including the buy out fee.

    * The buy out fee is required at the time of the booking to hold your date to ensure you have your room to yourself. 

     

    Table Reservation

    For groups less than 12, but more than 6, we recommend reserving a table at any public workshop for you and your friends. You may also join in a public workshop and utilize the seating request box!

    Date & Time Availability

    Private workshops can be scheduled on Saturdays and/or Sundays , except for dates/times with previously scheduled public workshops as shown on our workshop calendar.

    Guest Registration

    We'll provide a link for you to share with your guests. All guests must select and pay individually for their projects at least 5 days prior to your workshop in order to attend.

    Most adult projects range from $35-$65, and $25-$35 for kids’ projects.

    Once your guests arrive to our studio, they will be able to choose from our line of Minwax water-based stains and paints to customize their projects. We provide all of the materials, tools, and instruction!
